Pope Francis Anno VIII Silver Medal

Official Vatican medal in silver of Pope Francis, Anno VIII (2020). The obverse features Pope Francis' coat of arms, the shield containing the emblem of the Society of Jesus. Reverse: Saint Joseph holding the Child Jesus. The medal was struck on the 150th anniversary of the proclamation of St. Joseph as the Patron of the Universal Church by Pius IX. Outer cardboard slipcase damaged; plush case and certificate in perfect condition. Mintage of only 1,500 in silver.
