Sede Vacante 1689 silver Testone issued after the death of Innocent XI and before the election of Alexander VIII. Obverse: Arms of Cardinal Camerlengo Paluzzi Altieri degli Albertoni, upon a Maltese Cross, surmounted by umbrella, crossed keys, and the Cardinal's Hat with six tassels on each side. Reverse: Holy Spirit as radiant dove. VF, plugged, nice original toning, never cleaned. From an old papal coin collection of the 1940s.
