1946 Vatican City 8 Coin Mint Set Cased

Vatican 1946 Mint Set of 8 coins in original case, emblazoned with Pope Pius XII's coat of arms. Rare issue of only 1,000 pieces and difficult to find with the case, which is in very sound condition. Coins are uncirculated: The silver coins have some blue toning, the bronze coins are dark toned and the stainless steel coins are still bright. The cellophane is sound with just a split at the top corner. A Pius XII stamp fills the space for the gold coin!
