1829 (Rome) Sede Vacante Scudo Romano silver coin, issued after the death of Pope Leo XII and before the election of Pius VIII. Obverse: Arms of Camerlengo Cardinal Francesco Galeffi, surmounted by papal umbrella, crossed keys, and the Cardinal's Hat with tassels on each side. Reverse: Figure of the Church, seated on clouds, holding a cross; around, AVXILIVM DE SANCTO (Psalm 20:3 "May he send you help from the sanctuary."). Clean, bright and evenly struck.
