Official Vatican Annual Medal on the election of Pope Pius X. Reverse: papal tiara and crossed keys above his coat-of-arms depicting the lion of St. Mark and an anchor in a stormy sea. Beautiful uncirculated condition. Mintage of 800 on the issue date of June 29, 1904.
