Urban VIII (1623-44) Holy Door Opened

Obverse: Urban VIII right wearing cope, morse enclosing the head of Christ. Reverse: Pope, plelates and Swiss Guard fill the open Holy Door as pilgrims kneel in the foreground. Struck under the direction of the Mint Master of Rome, Francesco Mazio, circa 1824. Includes a custom, clear lucite holder. Beautiful condition!
