Official 1968 Extraordinary Medal commemorating Pope Paul VI's journey to Bogota, Colombia. First papal visit to Latin America. Obverse shows bust of Jesus from the front breaking bread. Reverse shows the intersected keys with the Pope's coat-of arms surmounted by the Pope's tiara. Beautiful, almost square, medal 33.5mm x 32.5mm in diameter. Includes original plush case.
