Paul V 1612 St. Charles Borromeo Medal

Obverse: Pope Paul V facing right. Reverse: Saint Charles Borromeo looking down at San Carlo al Corso. For the construction of the church in Rome which was dedicated to St. Borromeo. Some chasing on the obverse which look like scratches, very thin and holed, this is a very early cast.
